As I am back, so here I start.

For some time already, I was just observing what else all the cyber crooks are going to do and how they can get more profit from you, guys. Well, it seems they continue to do what they have started to: create rogue antivirus which look just like an antivirus you would be willing to purchase and use as a protection from all the threats.

One of the most recent creations is Antivirus Center. PC1News seems to have discuss about it a lot, really a lot. I hope at least this helps you to stay away and do not start messing up with these guys. Otherwise, you are really into trouble, fighting with the disrupted system and changed settings on your computer. These cyber criminals are sooo crazy! Antispyware Soft has been attacking computers all over the world for some time now. And it does not seem to stop!

I suppose it’s just the beginning of what these attackers are ready for.

What do you think about MacroVirus? Is it a virus or an anti-virus program or what? Well, when I first saw this title I thought – it’s definitely a virus! However, the site macrovirus.com (DONT VISIT IT!) claims that on the contrary – MacroVirus is an anti-virus application that will protect your PC and fight all the threats. Oh, how heroic… But sounds too good to be true… And that’s right! Security experts warn all of you that this program is just a new fake security thing, rogueware in other words. It just wants that you purchase its full version, give your money to these evil guys and that’s it.

Remember yourself and tell all your friends that MacroVirus is NOT SAFE to be used!!!

Winisoft is back!

Some months ago I was constantly warning you against rogues from the Winisoft family – TrustDoctor, GreatDefender, BlockProtector and more than 50 others. Then, this campaign ended…but not for long as it seems now.

The Winisoft rogueware family is back with the most recent its member – SystemArmor. Well, most probably the name of the program is the only new thing here. Everything else is almost identical to previous rogues:

fake system scans;
fake warnings and system notifications;
prompting to purchase the full version of the program.

Remove Live Security Suite ASAP!

“Live Security Suite” – sounds like every ordinary antivirus software. However, the outsides is sometimes tricky, while the evil is hiding inside the threat! Be sure you know what you are your family are doing on the internet. Be sure to keep away from malicious and trust-less domains.

Just one more threat noticed on the web! It’s RTS Antivirus 2010, sometimes called as RST Antivirus 2010. I am not sure which title should be used but, in all cases, this is a danger which should be avoided! Keep in mind that the more you know about your enemy, the stronger you are.
